1. About Quality Control
All tools, including tools, fixtures and mold standard parts, are tested by our quality department and provide inspection reports to ensure that all sizes are within the specified range before normal delivery.
For stamping mold and injection mold, try to make the sample first, and pass the inspection of the quality department, and adjust the mold according to the result. The final sample must meet all the requirements of the drawing.
After the sample test is qualified, we will provide the sample and test report to the customer. After the customer is judged to be qualified, we will re-inspect the mold and continuously produce 1000 samples to ensure that the mold can be produced normally within the scope specified by SPM. We will also record video for the customer to confirm.
All measuring equipment for stamper dies and injection mould, in addition to pre-use calibration, requires internal calibration once a month and third-party calibration once a year to ensure that the measuring equipment is working reliably. The temperature of the measuring room is 24°±2° and the humidity is 50%±5°
Equipment electrical components, the use of German or Japanese parts, and incoming material inspection; Conduct appropriate dynamic testing during equipment assembly; Before the equipment leaves the factory, run for 240 hours, confirm the heat condition, and measure the parallelism, runout, etc.

2. About Delivery
In the present complex and changeable trading environment, our quotation is based on EXW. If you need us to provide logistics services, please let us know, we will provide logistics and customs fees separately. You can also use your own logistics, but logistics costs may be lower when the goods are shipped centrally.
Usually, the manufacturing cycle of stamping die and injection molds is 3 to 8 weeks, and the delivery cycle of stamping parts is about 10 days. In case of emergency, the lead time can be improved.
